Walnut Bites
2 Cups walnuts
1 Cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 Cup medjool dates
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Pulse for 30 seconds. Form into balls. Store in fridge for a week or in the freezer for 3 months.
