Cookie Dough

Yes, you can eat this dough RAW!

3/4 cup flour (or use an all purpose flour that is gluten free)

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tablespoon milk

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Bake flour for 5 – 7 minutes; check on flour every 2 minutes to make sure it is not burning. Cool flour completely on pan.

Beat butter, brown sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add milk alternatively with flour beginning and ending with flour. Gently add chocolate and refrigerate if desired.
