Cookies with a Chocolate Layer

Oven preheat at 350° In a medium saucepan over low heat, combing sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and salt. Cook, stirring often until melted and then remove from heat. In another bowl, mix flour (I used gluten free flour) oats, baking powder and salt. 

Fried Apples

1 – 2 apples – sliced and cored 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, cinnamon – a few shakes butter to grease pan a splash of apple cider vinegar Roll apples slices in sugar and spices. Fry until tender, juicy, and soft. Lower the heat, add cider. 

Oat Muffins

2/3 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 cup semolina flour 1 cup oats 1 tablespoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup dried blueberries Combine all ingredients. Bake in lined muffin tins 15 minutes at 400°. 

Fuyu Persimmon Bread
