Blueberry Crumb Cake

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup sour milk

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an angel food pan.

Sift flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a large bowl. Add milk, butter, eggs and lemon juice. Stir until just blended. Add blueberries. Sprinkle with crumb topping.

Bake approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Crumb Topping

Combine 1 cup chopped walnuts, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup softened butter and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a large bowl until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
