Oven preheat at 350°
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combing sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and salt. Cook, stirring often until melted and then remove from heat.
In another bowl, mix flour (I used gluten free flour) oats, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 out a time beating well after each addition. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Spread about half the cookie dough into a prepared pan (greased) in an even layer, then spread chocolate filling on top. Scatter remaining cookie dough on top.
Bake until set and lightly golden on top. Approximately 35 – 40 minutes.

5 large garlic cloves grated on a microplane

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil the baking sheet.
Trim the stems off the brussels sprouts and slice the sprouts in half. Small sprouts, leave as is.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil and garlic until combined. Add brussels sprouts and toss until completely combined. Then place on an even layer on the pan and season with the salt.
Roast for 15 minutes. Turn sprouts over and roast 15 more minutes. Serve immediately.
